Abstract


The research for capital structure improvement has the most important significance in understanding of finance rules and adjusting the unreasonable capital structure. It is realistic to put forward a specific improvement program based on the research and analysis of a single company’s capital structure in this thesis.Firstly, theories regarding capital structure are reviewed, the present situation and existing problems of ANHUI FYSH CO., LTD’s capital structure are analyzed. Main problems are as follows: debt to asset ratio is badly high, main finance channels rely on current liability and owner’s equity, assets structure is not consistent to capital structure, and it’s difficult to get more fund from financing. The causes of the problems are analyzed, too.The program of FYSH’s capital structure improvement is designed. The program’s aim is to maximize company’s value. The program’s principles are as follows: adjust the assets structure to improve currency, balance financial risk and operation risk, raise ROC, cut down debt to asset ratio and
