Abstract


The development of rural economic,the completion of agricultural infrastructure and the sustainable growth of farmer’s income are inseparable from the financial support. However, farmers and agriculture-related enterprises have a serious problem of financing due to the lack of effective collateral. Therefore, in terms of the current rural economic development situation, the study of rural credit guarantee mode is objective need to solve that rural financing problem; is the realistic need to accelerate the building of new socialist countryside.From TianDong county was established as the only comprehensive reform of rural financial pilot areas in2008, It have been more than four years of rural financial reform and promoted Rural credit guarantee mode aspects of the further exploration. Research found that there are four mainly kinds of rural credit guarantee mode in TianDong county At present.They are rural credit guarantee company, the right to the contracted management of rural land mortgage guarantee, forest right mortgage guarantee, joint guarantee.We take TianDong county rural credit guarantee mode as the research object in this study. It mainly includes the following several aspects. First of all, introduce the research background and significance of the research topic. Secondly, both at home and abroad were reviewed for credit guarantee theory. Thirdly,we take TianDong county rural credit guarantee present situation to analysis, mainly from the rural credit guarantee environment and rural credit guarantee mode two aspects are discussed. The fourth is TianDong county rural credit guarantee problems analysis, mainly analyzes the TianDong county rural credit guarantee restricting factors and all kinds of rural credit guarantee mode is the specific problem. The fived is TianDong county rural credit guarantee mode Suggestions on the development of the research, in view of the different rural credit guarantee mode put forward specific Suggestions and measures. The research results show that TianDong county current credit guarantee mode each have advantages and disadvantages, for different fund demand people suggest using different credit guarantee mode. At the same time, all kinds of credit guarantee mode in the operation of the problem, there are more to management department, the creditor, the debtor and the whole society to work together to solve these problems, so as to promote the healthy development of rural credit.
