Physical education teaching method is one of the most important components in the system of physical education. It is a bridge of linking physical education theory and practice. It can not be ignored in the process of physical education. The development of physical education teaching method demonstrates a positive and healthy side. Meanwhile, it also reveals some bigger issues in the process of development, like a diverse state classification, the architecture in disarray, and the weak strength of the current research team. Points mentioned above cause a lag of theoretical development that takes a tremendous gap between practical application and theory.22 of the fourth national junior high school physical education class teaching video were selected in this paper. The study object is the use of physical education teaching methods. From the microscopic perspective, this paper uses the theory knowledge of school physical education, methodology of physical education, physical education and exercise physiology to get the standardization of physical education teaching methods, and considers the standardization as the standard to observe and analysis the accuracy of use on junior high school physical education teaching methods in the context of new curriculum reform. This paper consists of five parts. The first section provides a brief review and analysis of the development on physical education teaching methods in China. The second part describes some important research achievements of physical education teaching methods to better understand the status of physical education teaching methods. The third part took the use of physical education teaching methods as the study object, and saw the fourth national junior high school physical education class teaching video, and recorded the entire process of using physical education teaching methods, including language and behavior situations in the class, the use of methods and student reflection and so on. The fourth part selected some samples of cases to better understand the problems and shortcomings in the using process of physical education quality class. The fifth part is the study’s conclusions and recommendations. Overall, the fourth national junior high school physical education class of 22 instructors did well in the use of physical education teaching methods, which was in close proximity to certain standard requirements of the using standardization on physical education teaching methods and shown some kind of teaching law. The teaching of action technology that were more difficult commonly used more expository teaching, action of the model law, intuitive method and the prevention and correction wrong method, but game play was less used. Action technology simple teaching is just the opposite. Therefore, the author summarized the accuracy of their use to analyze problems, refining the experience of a large number of valuable references and found inadequate, and on this basis put forward practical measures and recommendations. This would help the further development of physical education teaching methods.
