Abstract

According to statistics, by 2009 the country has been filed, the high-hospital major cases of illegal fund-raising more than 3,000 cases, involving thousands of billion yuan. This is just the case has been diligent in filing, there are a large number of cases still being screened in a variety of reasons, not included in the statistics the country, more numerous cases of undetected amount. Therefore, we must fully understand that effective crime prevention and the need to combat illegal fund-raising, fund-raising to combat illegal behavior is to maintain social stability and economic stability, is building a socialist harmonious society.Further promote the work to resolve social conflicts, is to build a socialist harmonious society inevitable requirement in the new situation the fundamental guarantee of social stability. At present, China’s economic and social development is in a golden period, but we should also be noted that with the continuous development of social economy, the various contradictions in society more and more to highlight the various contradictions have become increasingly prominent. Variety of reasons intertwined with each other, making the impact on social stability in the growing unrest. Particularly in recent years, many international and domestic factors, the illegal fund-raising activities in our country show the momentum of high-fat, which not only seriously disrupt China’s financial management order, but also had a serious impact in social harmony and stability.
