Abstract


Home appliance chain follow the economic development of China's market economy by the seller to the buyer 's economic transformation product , but also the circulation industry development of the product . Gome and Suning , the two giant home appliance chain , in a short span of less than two decades , established a remarkable business empire . In this paper , on the basis of the theory of competitive advantage , supply chain management theory and chain management theory , the integrated use of system analysis , comparative analysis and case analysis and other analytical methods were analyzed Gome, Suning operating conditions . Chinese home appliance retail industry 's macro environment description and analysis of the subsequent growth of the history of the development of the country United States Suning , carried out a detailed analysis and explore the channels competitive advantage , financing capacity , governance structure , expansion strategy , and the potential risk , U.S. home appliance retail giant Best Buy and Circuit City as a benchmark , summed up their successful experiences and lessons learned as well as Gome, Suning operating revelation .
