Abstract


The rural cooperative economic organizations, the organized farmers truly voluntary, self-management, self-management, farmers' organizations; Cooperation Organization together to change the rural disadvantaged position in order to resolve the difficulties encountered in the move toward the market,. With the further development and improvement of the market economy, as well as further transform government functions, the rural cooperative economic organizations will be further standardized, can not only play the role of an independent economic organizations, political and can become a bridge between the government and the farmers. \Create the modern new rural cooperative economic organizations is an important way to promote rural economic development and improve farmers' income and improve the living standards of farmers. Firstly, system theory, the theory of institutional innovation, and organizational theory and summarized, combined with the specific problems faced by rural development, analysis of system requirements in the rural development, rural cooperative economic organizations is the inevitable choice of China's agricultural development, China's rural social transformation and institutional change institutional arrangements. Secondly, the use of the theory and tools of microeconomics to the economic analysis of the farmers 'cooperative behavior, reveals the intrinsic motivation of the farmers' cooperative behavior and economic rationality; and comprehensive use of risk management theory, organizational behavior theory and institutional economics analysis method China's agricultural business risk analysis, that the establishment of rural cooperative economic organizations to effectively circumvent the risk of agricultural operations.
