Abstract


Supply chain management involves three aspects of the logistics, capital flow and information flow , play a central control role where the management of information flow , logistics and cash flow are closely surrounded by information flow started. The information in the supply chain between enterprises quickly and unimpeded flow of the full realization of information sharing between supply chain enterprises can effectively guide the operation of the logistics and cash flow , and improve the overall effectiveness of the supply chain . Therefore , in-depth research in supply chain information sharing is essential to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain management . In this paper, on the basis of the introduced basic concepts of supply chain management , pointed out the important role of information flow in the supply chain management . Summary of the research on information flow and literature , the information sharing is to provide the overall performance of the supply chain , further excavation effective way of corporate profits , illustrates the value of information sharing in the supply chain . This paper analyzes the barriers to information sharing exists in the supply chain , design a general description of the information-sharing incentives and model , and detailed analysis of the three supply chain contract . Three contracts , to ensure that the parties to the supply chain is able to obtain greater profits than non-cooperation . The continuous discounts Point quantity discount contract on the basis of quantity discounts , through the analysis of a simple discount contract can not completely eliminate the double marginalization effect , through the analysis of the number of models from the point of view of both suppliers and retailers incentive to achieve a balanced state , so that the supply chain can achieve perfect coordination . The article also repurchase contract and punitive incentive contract detailed derivation of the analysis . Finally, the paper summarizes the three contract extended to the more general case , and the direction of future research .
