Abstract


The emerging street, Heping District, Community Service Volunteers Association was established in March 1989, is the beginning of the development of China's volunteer service toward the direction of Societies \Since then, some people more reflects the spontaneous participation of volunteer services for the spirit of non-profit organizations have established a clear division of labor volunteer service organization, rapid development, while also facing worries: on the one hand because of its collection of a large number of high professional skills volunteers, and thus can provide a higher quality of service for the people; the volunteers growing number behind is the high turnover rate, a general reduction in the time of the volunteers in the organization to provide services, non-profit organizations have to recruit frequent, time-consuming consumption force and stable operation and long-term development of the various activities of the organization, nor profits. In conclusion, the author combines research results to management as well as the organization of volunteer activities of the non-profit organization of volunteers recruited planning applicability strong opinions and suggestions.
