Abstract


Under the new rural construction background, the University Student Village official construction project become ever-increasing. How to solve this problem that the University Student Village official project can develop duratively has gradually become the focus of academics, related perspective begin to turn attention to the group of the University Student Village official.University Student Village’s social adjustment is they use the theoretical knowledge and skills mastered in school to quickly adapt to rural work and the new environment and interpersonal relationships, to achieve the role changing from student to "county official". This role changing process is an important prerequisite for University Student to go into the rural areas playing their role. This article selected some 2008 graduates in Fujian as interviewed object to research university student village officials social adaptability, make analysis of the University Student Village social adaptation problems and causes and propose some suggestions of university student village social adaptation from three perspective:university students themselves, organizational management, social support system.
