Abstract


Rural village committee election is the important measures of democratic policy implemented in rural areas, which mobilizes the farmers’enthusiasm of the participation of village committee elections. Under the goal of the new countryside construction, studies of elections of the village committees in rural areas, which protect the healthy and orderly development of the village committee, have great significance.Article outlines research of the overseas and domestic scholars in the village committee elections, sets objectives in perfecting opportunity of committee elections under the new rural village construction, focuses on the village committee elections, the main problems arise and the corresponding solutions. This paper discusses the new rural construction perfect village committee elections, new opportunities, status and an analysis of election issues, seeking to carry out further work to promote the path of the election. This article also discusses, a new path for our in the practical level, creating useful experiences of improvement and development of village committee elections.
