Abstract


With humanity’s progress and the development, the voluntary service has become the symbol of the social civilized degree, becomes the important constituent of socienty. This article mainly through in the recent development time,it will become a important topic of how to use computer and network in the model of Red Cross volunteer service ..Based on China Red Cross volunteer services and international comparative study of network management, network technology in the current volunteer management application development direction, and the problems faced. Then put forward to promote China Red Cross volunteer service management development the policy Suggestions. Theoretical basis for scientific research, technical philosophy, science and technology, and philosophy of science research and policy comparison of sociology, scientific socialism theory and practice, etc. Using the methods of document indexing, and technical research methods.
