Abstract


Field-oriented database answering system is a way to allow users to access the database using natural language, it is the product of interdisciplinary, multifaceted study involving natural language processing, database technology, artificial intelligence, human-machine interface. Forty years, the field-oriented database answering system has made great progress, but the system is not able to widely promote the application, there are many problems to be further addressed. Based on the establishment of a general model of thinking, this paper designed a common domain database natural language interface model, in-depth study of the principles of the model, technology and programs, while establishing a concrete realization of the system, and hope that the system is very easy to ported to other applications. The content of this paper is the design and implementation of a the practical database natural language interface system, and in-depth study of the theory and strategy of which two key technologies, mainly in the following areas of research: in knowledge representation and extraction, \this paper the idea of ??\So that the system has good portability and adaptability. In Chinese natural language understanding \database semantic annotation method to change the the traditional lexical analysis, syntactic and semantic analysis more cumbersome steps. Take full advantage of the schema of the database information, subsequent language processing workload is greatly reduced; intermediate language representation of the multi-level linked list, this indicates that the method is clarity, ease of natural language to SQL conversion from SQL to natural the quoted language; classification and identification of the query target and query, and the introduction of a composite concepts and deduce concept of, enhance the ability of the system to identify the database tacit knowledge, making the system has better robustness and intelligence . This article is a natural language-binding the Chinese query language, and that it ensure that in line with the Chinese form of natural language description of the premise, and restrict the use of a limited number of structural form, so that the processing in database natural language query interface becomes feasible and effective. In addition, the system and voice recognition and other intelligent systems organic combination, there will be a very good development prospects.
