Abstract

Using emulsion - Extraction of soluble polyaniline synthesis , summed up the best response and post-treatment process conditions. And as a basis for co-doped with the second doping research . Preparation of conductive polyaniline powder and conductive polyaniline chloroform extraction . Using XRD, TGA, UV-Vis, and FT-IR doped polyaniline by means of the performance and structure were analyzed. Developed using soluble polyaniline together with a new liquid electrolyte aluminum electrolytic capacitors - polyaniline hybrid capacitors. Explore its production methods and processes , and its various characteristics were studied . Study found that: emulsion - Extraction prepared dodecylbenzenesulfonate (DBSA) doped polyaniline has good solubility ; doped polyaniline method can make good solubility while maintaining its improved conductivity and thermal stability , the second doping method can significantly improve the conductivity of doped polyaniline and maintain long-term ; conductive polyaniline chloroform extract by solution impregnation methods, and to carry out two liquid electrolyte times sophisticated, able to successfully prepare polyaniline -performance hybrid capacitors. And compared to conventional liquid aluminum electrolytic capacitor having a high - low impedance characteristics and stable temperature characteristics , and has a self-healing properties . Compared with the pure solid polymer capacitors have lower leakage current. Meanwhile, in the operating conditions to maintain high reliability and long life .
