Abstract


Chassis dynamometer test vehicle power performance is the important equipment . The subjects of an earlier imported computer-controlled with a simple but scrapped the chassis dynamometer , the design of the PC by the microcontroller master-slave structure consisting of a control system, the dynamometer were repaired , constitute A road test simulation system . This design leverages multi- chip system interface for easy control and PC computing, storage capacity, interface aesthetics of their respective advantages . This paper introduces the car running resistance of the composition and eddy current dynamometer works , and analyzes on the chassis dynamometer testing automotive performance for automobile driving cycle resistance simulation necessity , elaborated automobile chassis dynamometer dynamometer testing and computer-aided control systems. The system allows the testing of data acquisition, processing , monitoring and other automation . This paper describes in detail the system hardware , software , control and through eddy current dynamometer load to simulate car driving resistance method .
