Abstract

In the fiber reinforced composite materials have been widely used in the field of concrete costly epoxy resin and organic light, heat and fire resistance significantly lower than concrete . According to both inorganic adhesive performance, we propose should research reinforced concrete magnesium oxychloride cement adhesive. This article first reference to both the modified methods, review ordinary basic magnesium oxychloride cement composition , hydration and hardening processes and mechanisms . In the inorganic material modification to find out advantages and disadvantages of a single basis, through pilot study to magnesium oxychloride cement slurry test block strength and water resistance as an indicator , and through conceptual design to improve its formulation , modified to obtain a variety of inorganic materials the best content , including phosphoric acid, iron , silica fume and fly ash . Including through the use of silica fume and phosphoric acid modification, improved lead phosphate alone reduced strength magnesium oxychloride cement shortcomings . I first proposed using Durafiber improved magnesium oxychloride cement crack resistance , in order to further improve its water resistance , and achieved good results. To further enhance the magnesium oxychloride cement water resistance and brittleness , for a variety of polymer latex modified experimental study on polymer latex modified magnesium oxychloride cement performance factors and mechanisms , including epoxy resin, acrylic emulsion , styrene-butadiene latex and polyvinyl acetate , which also explores the temperature on the polymer-modified magnesium oxychloride cement effect . Finally the idea of future trials . Mainly: for magnesium oxychloride cement and fiber interfacial bonding properties of concrete materials with relatively low disadvantage for interfacial bonding properties , hoping to improve the interface by adding coupling mechanical properties . By studying the use of waterproof material used as a coating or sealer magnesium oxychloride cement structures to protect and improve its impermeability and water resistance.
