Abstract

Asphalt pavement because of its excellent level of service in the world to become a major road in the form . The traffic load due to the direct contact with the natural conditions and , therefore , required to have sufficient strength , stiffness, stability , durability, surface smoothness and surface skid resistance . Asphalt binder composition - Asphalt is a highly temperature sensitive materials . Thus, the low temperature crack resistance became national road workers in cold regions plagued the primary problem . This thesis is in reference to a lot of literature on the basis of the information and specifications , selected two typical senior asphalt pavement material -AC-16I and SMA-16 for its -10 ℃ bending test and bending creep test to evaluate their low temperature properties and came to two conclusions : both have similar temperature bending failure load : SMA-16 AC-16I has a superior low-temperature deformation. In addition, traditional elastic layer system theory calculated road junction road because ignoring its viscoelasticity , often less than the expected useful life. This paper combines the temperature bending creep test curves of the two mixes Burgers model of viscoelastic parameters of the calculation . Asphalt pavement structure design provides a low-temperature viscoelastic data base .
