The community is the community life of urban residents , the basic unit of urban society . With the continuous economic and social development , China's urban grass-roots community has undergone profound changes in the management of cities , the construction of the community to effectively cover the full range of service system , difficult problems faced in the process of political democratization . Urban community residents' committees as an important carrier of the community building , has an irreplaceable role in this system .
