Abstract


[Objective] To observe the surgical treatment of lumbar disc herniation surgery after segmental intervertebral change the situation would not affect the efficacy of surgery , whether it is necessary to apply some new technology, new equipment and more complex surgery to replace the traditional surgery and postoperative section the paragraph intervertebral change impact on efficacy are discussed. [Methods] surgical treatment of lumbar disc herniation were treated with phone follow-up to the 368 patients in our hospital between 1992 and 2004 . Can come to my hospital review and shoot lumbar lateral radiographs of 46 patients , measurements the edge ratio before and after the surgery segment intervertebral space and compared with the corresponding normal intervertebral space around the edge of the ratio , divided into A: no change in the intervertebral space groups ; B : intervertebral change group ; C : intervertebral disappear group ; statistical effects and compare it has no difference , then come to the intervertebral change efficacy . [ Results ] Window significant effect of surgical treatment of lumbar disc herniation , the total effective rate was 97.9% , 91.3 % ; fenestration after treatment of lumbar disc herniation vertebral gap change . [Conclusion] window surgical treatment of lumbar disc herniation with small incision, less damage , less bleeding, fast recovery is an effective method for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation , fenestration treatment of lumbar disc herniation postoperative intervertebral change no correlation with the curative effect of .
