Abstract


Regional economic integration is the world's most important trends of economic development , one of the ASEAN Free Trade Area in various regional economic groupings of developing countries shows full of vitality , and its economic development success , not only the Member States greatly benefit , but also for regional economic cooperation to promote global movement had a significant impact on China's full participation in economic globalization and regional economic cooperation provides a good reference. ASEAN integration process mainly in the economic and trade fields , this article from the regional economic integration, the main theoretical perspective, and CAFTA trade policy system development as the main line , the ASEAN Free Trade Area of ??the development process of regional economic integration , policy effects typical country's trade policies and the development trend of free trade zones to inspect and comprehensive analysis , along with a brief review and outlook of China's FTA with ASEAN economic and trade relations . This study shows that developing countries as a major component of the ASEAN Free Trade Area , the ASEAN Free Trade Area of ??the development process is not a smooth, compared with developed countries , it encountered more from internal and external difficulties, especially once facing the 1997 Asian financial crisis and the 2001 global economic recession.
