Abstract


European Union,as the biggest regional Economic Cooperation Organization in the world, its successful method and experience in recent years has arouse the attention from various countries in academic and practice circle day by day.The study on the award of contract in EU’s government procurement, it will play an important role in the study of our country on the European Union law. Meanwhile, it will have a significant and realistic meaning in China, which has promised to open the market of government procurement when its entering into the WTO.About the analysis on the system of the award of the contract in European Union’s government procurement, this article is started from the economic analysis and the legal foundation of the award of the contract, having carried on research on the procedure of the award of contract, the standard of the award of the contract, the relief mechanism of the rights and interests etc., and putting forward the suggestion of perfecting the legal system of government procurement in our country, expecting to enrich and consummate the legal system of government procurement in our country. This content of this article is as follows:Chapter one, the composition of the legal system in European Union government procurement.
