Abstract


Nowadays, the world is a plural and open world. The development of globalization and the advent of information date make every country’s development and approaching can’t part off the development and approaching of the world. So, to build our political civilization, we must put our eyes on the effect of international environment, especially the effect of globalization. How can we have a good building of our political civilization under the background of globalization? This is a question worth of study. This paper, based on the author’s published paper Economical globalization and our country’s political civilization, have a try to a more further and all-round study on this subject.Economic globalization is a two—side sword. On one side, it supplies many opportunities to our country’s political civilization. The trend of globalization brings changes to mankind’s civilized model and furthers advertise development of China’s civilization building; the globalization benefit to build up our world eye to the building of political civilization; the globalization puts forward the development of our country’s democracy and the building of institution of laws and the innovation of institution. On another side, it brings forward many challenges to our country’s political civilization building; it brings surging to our traditional political civilization and value ideas; it brings forward challenge to national country’s sovereignty; under the background of globalization, we will meet with more challenge owing to special party’s situation and country’s situation. So, our building of political civilization should be based on our practical situation. At the same time, we should learn the advanced experience of the west world.
