Abstract


\As a national strategy , \institutional environment , with the first hairstyle multinational companies have a lot of difference . Chinese enterprises \The paper is divided into six chapters . The first chapter is the introduction . Overview of the existing multinationals theory and domestic research system to sort out and thinking that this article provides theoretical reference ; second chapter for Chinese enterprises \Recalling the history of foreign direct investment of Chinese enterprises , and analysis of the relevant characteristics .
