Abstract


The analytic approach of the linguistic context has already been used extensively. Linguistic context restrains intension and epitaxy of saying " as the backgrounds of "speaking" .There are different meanings " in so-called " criminology " linguistic context and that of political realism " for the international terrorism in Central Asia.In the political realistic linguistic context, the national interest is above anything, the terrific violence towards countries of Central Asia is supported or suppressed according to the national interests of reality. The terrorist activity has become the means that a country seeks its interests, so the country demonstrates different attitudes to the similar violent activities, this is so-called " double standards ".Take terrorism as a international crime and enter " criminology linguistic context. As to international terrorism in Central Asia, formly , it accords with the regulations of international criminal law; essentially, it has encroached on the life interests of the people of various countries of Central Asia. So, in the criminology linguistic context, countries are obligated to punish and prevent the terrorism of Central Asia. Finally, causes of formation of the international terrorism crime in Central Asia are in many aspects.Studying in mistakes, man who advances gradually can prevent international terrorism beforehand. The anti-terrorism practices prove it is a human rational choice to take international terrorism as a crime .
