Abstract

Simulated high altitude training is a new scientific training methods that developed in recent years, playing an active role in sports training. Simulated high altitude training is able to avoid disadvantages of high altitude training, the greatest stimulate physical potential of the body,is an effective way to enhance competitive level of athletes. This paper tries to turn from the design of altitude of alternative training, through the application of methods of artificial low-pressure oxygen chamber of simulated high altitude training, and the establishment of a fixed altitude of 2500m, 4000m and 2500m~4000m alternating hypoxic training in animal models, application of physiological and biochemical methods to study a fixed altitude of 2500m, 4000m, and 2500~4000m alternating training for the impact of fast movement and endurance exercise.Through the detection、research and analysis to the heart and blood-related indicators, exploring the change of myocardial aerobic metabolism, glycolysis capacity, antioxidant capacity and blood oxygen-carrying capacity under the conditions of different altitudes and alternative altitude training,in order to provide reference of high~high alternating training of the athletes.Male Wister rats as subjects in Experiments, increasing load treadmill training methods to establish animal training model. filtered rats were randomly divided into: normoxic exercise group, 2500m hypoxic exercise group, 4000m hypoxic exercise group, alternating hypoxic exercise group, 16 rats in each. Rats in each group was divided into A, B two groups (A group is moderate intensity exhaustive Group;B Group is high-intensity exhaustive Group), which is normoxic A group, normoxic B group, 2500m A group, 2500m B group, 4000m A group, 4000m B group, alternating A group, alternating B group, 8 rats in each group. Training continued for 4 weeks, 6 days a week, rest 1 day, continuous training for 40 minutes a day. Normoxic training, treadmill speed from the first 1 week to 4 weeks were 27 m / min, 32 m / min, 37 m / min, 40 m / min, 2500m hypoxic training, treadmill speed from the first 1 week to 4 weeks were 25 m / min, 30 m / min, 35 m / min, 38 m / min, 4000m hypoxic training, treadmill speed from the first 1 week to 4 weeks were 20 m / min, 25 m / min, 28 m / min, 30 m / min. Alternating hypoxic training before 3 days a week in a simulated hypoxic cabin of 2500m, after 3 days of hypoxic training in a simulated hypoxic cabin of 4000m training, the training speed like the 2500m, 4000m speed of hypoxia training each time.breaking 1 day after Plateau, training of the first 2-4 days in treadmill, speed were 30 m / min, 35 m / min, 25m/min. 5 days after plateau once exhausted, medium-intensity exhaustive group speed in 25m/min, high-intensity exhaustive groups speed in 45m/min. After exhaustive time is recorded, all the decapitated, take blood and myocardial tissue, the rats were tested the changes of Hb, Hct in the blood, SOD, MDA, GSH-Px, CAT, SDH, LDH, ATP-E in the organizations. Experimental results show that:1、After 4 weeks of hypoxia at different altitudes Treadmill training and the next 4 days after altitude training, intensity exhaustive group, in addition to antioxidant indicators, other indexes of myocardial oxygen were higher than normoxic exercise group.Exhaustive time of alternating hypoxia group rats, cardiac indexes, such as SOD, GSH-PX, CAT, SDH, ATP activity was significantly higher than other groups.Visible, alternating hypoxia group rats myocardial antioxidant capacity, aerobic oxidation, energy metabolism was significantly higher than the fixed altitude 2500m、4000m hypoxia group. It can be seen alternating hypoxia Group not only can maintain a high altitude hypoxia, but also can reduce the damage caused by high altitude is beneficial to body recovery.2、After 4 weeks of hypoxia at different altitudes Treadmill training and the next 4 days after altitude training, high intensity exhaustive group, in addition to antioxidant index and LDH activity, the cardiac rest indexes were higher than normoxic exercise group.Exhaustive time of 2500m hypoxia group rats, cardiac indexes, such as SOD, GSH-PX, CAT, SDH , ATP activity was significantly higher than other groups.Visible, 2500m hypoxia group rats myocardial antioxidant capacity, aerobic oxidation, energy metabolism was significantly higher than alternative、4000m hypoxia group. Descripting 2500m hypoxia group is conducive to high-intensity training.3、Myocardium / body weight, Hb, Hct values are 4000m, alternating hypoxia group was significantly higher than other groups. Explaining hypoxia deepened, improved oxygen carrying capacity of the body with increased altitude. Conclusion:Hypoxic Training have different effects to physiological and biochemical indexes of myocardial of different sports way.In the intensity exhaustive group, alternating hypoxic group was significant, in the high intensity exhaustive group, 2500m hypoxic group was significant effect.Visible, alternating hypoxic training is beneficial to intensity exercise. 2500m Hypoxia Training is beneficial to High Intensity Exercise. Hypoxia training can significantly improve movement function of myocardium and body in Varying degrees, improve athletic ability.
