Abstract


Adjust the relationship between the land and the farmers of rural land property rights system is a decisive institutional arrangements. Since the mid-twentieth century rural emerged since a number of changes in land property rights system , is China's land system in the history of the most profound changes in the most frequent period , the paper of this process were studied and analyzed. The authors of this institutional change that occurred during the induced changes and mandatory divided into two kinds of change , institutional change , respectively, the two modes were analyzed: The author believes that evaluate a system, must firmly grasp the specific historical circumstances which produces a performance ( including economic performance and social performance , etc. ) to carry out, more in-depth analysis of the mid-twentieth century has been produced by the different system of property rights and economic and social impact of peasant life ; as existing land property rights system household contract responsibility system for a positive impact on China's agriculture and still plays an important role, but also showing some of the problems , the authors analyzed the household contract responsibility system and the positive impact of defects on the future of the land ownership system changes direction and mode are explored , comparing the practice sector and academia appear on the basis of the various programs , focuses on the implementation of permanent tenancy of more specific vision.
