Abstract


Credit rationing is information asymmetry between the two sides in the credit markets and banking regulation, in particular interest rates regulated product . Regardless of the conditions of interest rate controls , or the interest rate market in the credit markets , credit rationing is the norm . In transition economies , it is particularly significant. Currently, widespread in many parts of China SME financing is this double bind a concentrated expression . For credit , credit rationing is likely to be the cause of the welfare loss . In order to to circumvent control over interest rates to make up for the gap of information asymmetry , reduce the degree of rationing in the real world there are many special institutional arrangements . Intermediary trading these arrangements , this paper analyzes the middleman possible that the presence of credit intermediaries , to a large extent the improvement of the structure to avoid or control information between banks , the result is to ease the the contradiction between supply and demand on the credit markets . In this paper, the Jiaxing cocoon Bank Case as an empirical description , and to explore the possible mechanism of action of the middleman .
