Abstract


In this paper, based on a review of the performance measurement of past scholars focused on the strategic orientation of the enterprise performance evaluation mechanism as well as how to establish the strategy -oriented performance evaluation mechanism . Analyzed from two perspectives of economics and management strategy -oriented performance evaluation mechanism , on the basis of previous studies demonstrated tremendous role in promoting the strategic -oriented performance evaluation mechanism , and evaluation of the strategy -oriented indicators decomposition logic , the determination of the specific job performance indicators , the index weights and standard setting and other issues were also discussed. Through the integration of the results of previous studies , this paper presents a performance evaluation mechanism for strategic orientation specific implementation tools - SM ROM evaluation mechanism . Finally, this paper analyzes the status quo of enterprise performance measurement of actual cases , some specific optimization measures are proposed for the inadequacies of its existence . This paper argues that the strategy -oriented performance evaluation mechanisms to solve several deficiencies in a medicine enterprises in the performance measurement mechanisms .
