Abstract


Now more and more people start their own business, which promotes national economic growth and employment greatly. But risks of all sorts are threatening the pioneering enterprise existence and development. Risk management is becoming an important problem to which the enterpriser should pay attention.The pioneering enterprises will face all kinds of risks. But this paper focuses on the introduction of the risk of environment, the risk of market, the risk of financing and the analysis of a company on keeping away from the risks above mentioned. The purpose of risk management is not to deny all risks, but to keep the risks within affordable scope of the company strength while taking up every opportunities to develop themselves.
