Abstract


With the increase of the investment in information technology and enterprise information process moves forward , more and more companies began to use the ERP system software for enterprise resource planning and integration , in order to improve the management level and competitiveness of enterprises . ERP software originated in the United States on behalf of the world's most advanced management ideas and management models , the East-West conflict of the two cultures they encountered in the implementation of China's implementation is less than ideal . This has been called \Research by its very nature , cultural impact on ERP implementation has not attention . In this paper , the ERP implementation process , to find the cultural impact of the evidence of the ERP implementation , as well as the impact of the implementation of cultural elements , are affected by the implementation of elements and links established on the basis of a culture of risk prevention mechanisms ERP implementation . Combination of the cultural theoretical research in the social sciences and management science at the same time , starting from the national culture and organizational culture dimension design of survey questionnaires , statistical analysis of data to identify the cultural dimensions and ERP implementation success effect contact to verify the underlying assumptions . Finally found our enterprise ERP implementation risk of the occurrence of point in cultural conflict , and expounded risk mechanism proposed extension of the ERP implementation with cultural awareness , combined with research results of statistical analysis , discussed the implementation of ERP strategy based on a cultural perspective .
