Abstract


As China joins WTO, the domestic competition pattern begins to change. In order to strengthen the market competitiveness and make the enterprises tremendously develop, the strategy merging with a goal of strategy, trade combining and resources optimizing makes first appearance among the advantage enterprises in Chinese listed companies. However, what is the difference in merging benefits between the strategy merging with China’s actual conditions and the ubiquitous financial affairs merging? Which reasons are the factor that influence the benefit of strategy merge? How great influence are they? To these questions, the author hopes to get some enlightenments through the research of this text, and bring reference value for the domestic enterprise merging in the future.To resolve the above-mentioned problems, this text has collected certain samples of listed company as the research objects.We will carry on the positive research through comparing the benefits before and after merging. We find the following facts. In our country, though the financial affairs merging benefits of the first year are good, they began to glide after this, it should be superior to the financial affairs merging that
