Abstract


In recent years, the emotional education is increasingly becoming a hot topic in the education sector , Ellis rational emotive theory technically from the theories and methods provide a new entry point for the study of emotion regulation , many studies now show that rational emotive therapy a rather effective emotional treatment. However , the theory of rational emotive for emotional education and lack of practical research into classroom teaching . Currently , the exam is still our educators evaluate students and the most important measure of teaching method , by Examination test anxiety is a common phenomenon . Excessive test anxiety of junior high school students to learn , the adverse impact on the physical and mental health . In this study, on the basis of the introduction of rational emotive education theory , method and purpose , design experiments classroom education in the form of implementation of rational emotive education . The objective of this study has two, one , to provide some suggestions for emotional education to carry out . Second, to provide some reference to solve the excessive test anxiety students . In this study, a control group , the experimental group of the experimental design , from Changsha seventh first grade , third grade extract two classes each . Higher test anxiety is extracted from each class of 15 students ( boys and seven girls , 8 ) as were were grouped into the first grade of the experimental group , the control group and the experimental group of third grade , the control group . Experimental group were accepted once a week, for 10 weeks of rational emotive education ; control group received once a week, for 10 weeks language reading training . The results of this study are as follows : 1 ) rational emotive education to high school students can effectively regulate the junior high school students over test anxiety . 2 ) The text anxiety exists grade and gender differences . 3) the regulation of the effect of rational emotive education on test anxiety there are differences in grade, but there is no significant gender differences .
