Abstract


The human society is about to enter the era of knowledge economy , innovation nation has become a major trend of the world for economic development and to participate in international competition . CPC Central Committee , the State Council , the new century national revitalization strategy global seize the opportunity to put forward a major task to vigorously promote the construction of a national innovation system . Colleges and universities is an important part of the national innovation system , responsible for the production, dissemination and transfer of scientific and technological knowledge important task . For Strengthening innovation system has a very important significance . College innovation system should include education concept of innovation , organizational systems innovation , knowledge innovation , technological innovation , personnel training system innovation , dissemination and transfer of knowledge , one of the most important concepts of education innovation , organizational systems innovation , technological innovation and personnel training system of innovation . The Chinese Universities innovation system has made some achievements , but also there is a sense of innovation , lack of innovative organizational system platform , scientific and technological innovation system is not enough , innovation and personnel training system should be further improved and other issues . The educational concept innovation system is a pilot university innovation system to improve college innovation system , and actively promoting school concept from closed to open , and vigorously promote the teaching concept of \the transition , efforts to achieve management concept \academic organizations , a decision management mechanism conducive to innovation and to personnel at the core of innovation incentives ; scientific and technological innovation system is the focus of university innovation system , innovation platform to strengthen basic research achievements and engineering research and development platform construction, strengthen the construction of Philosophy and Social Sciences innovation Base ; innovative Training System building is the core of the university innovation system , through the construction of curriculum system change and reform of teaching methods , practice teaching mode , and effectively strengthen students ' innovative spirit and ability culture , provide personnel support for the construction of a national innovation system .
