Abstract


With economic development , the country is a growing demand for high-quality talent . Therefore , the research universities in the output of high-quality personnel cradle increases. The main body of the research university teachers , so the quality of the research university teachers has been a the unprecedented widespread concern , countries and schools want to build a high-quality teachers . In order to build a high-quality teachers we must first scientific , reasonable and comprehensive evaluation of the quality of teachers . Therefore imperative to research universities to establish a scientific evaluation system of teacher quality . The basis of the existing teacher quality evaluation theory and human resources theory , based on the characteristics of our research universities , the analysis of the status of the evaluation of the quality of our research universities teachers , summarized and analyzed through the evaluation of the status of their quality of teachers , Delphi method , the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and theoretical analysis , mathematical model , re - scientific quantitative evaluation right on Teacher Quality , to establish a scientific , objective , comprehensive research university teacher quality evaluation system . And scientific and rational research university teacher quality evaluation system for the implementation of safeguards . The overall quality of our research universities teachers make reference and help , ultimately and fundamentally improve the core competitiveness and international status of research universities .
