Abstract


Originating in 2007, the U.S. financial crisis has spread to all over the world, and quickly evolved into a global financial crisis has had a huge impact on its economy and in related industries, have brought to people's work and life a huge impact. Especially for those who have just graduated or is about to leave the campus college students, the financial crisis on their feelings will be more profound. The paper is out of the financial crisis on the impact of higher education and their employment attaches great importance to departure, first introduced to produce the causes of the financial crisis and the financial crisis, the impact of countries in the world, also introduced a paper theoretical foundation that career theory. Combing and summary of the relevant literature, college students employability status quo in the analysis of the financial crisis, the meaning of employability was re-defined. The employment of college graduates is not just the personal problems of the students, is the issue of education, but also a social problem, which is one of the most fundamental employability. Graduate Employability by its very nature, is to find a job, the ability to keep work and conversion work. Before the financial crisis, the problem of insufficient capacity of employment of university students already exists, and the financial crisis makes this problem further highlights. Graduate Employability and the ability of the individual and social development, economic status, political environment, and other factors have a direct relationship. Employability in the the Ad Hoc context of the financial crisis, is divided into basic employability and special employability. A college student on the basis of employability is to find and maintain a cornerstone of the work, and the special employability conversion chips. Throughout the financial crisis on the ability of the students' employment factors from the macro, meso and micro terms, the thesis of the international economic situation, the gross domestic product (GDP), universities, family, employment mechanism, entrepreneurship mechanism in terms of employability of college students carried out a detailed introduction, and it summarizes the countermeasures to enhance the students' employment. Competition in today's employment is actually the overall quality of the competition in mastering basic employability based on survival but also to learn to defuse the crisis, learn to cooperate rising employment competitiveness. Study of University Students employability, provide the basis for nurturing talent for the college to guide college students self-improvement and enterprise selection of personnel, has important practical significance.
