Abstract


In the information age, the knowledge explosion has become an indisputable fact, as the knowledge of the great owners, communicators and the frontiers of knowledge leader college teachers presented a huge challenge. The knowledge they need to spread in every corner of the world, and some have to be to create, which requires they have to find, evaluation, application, reflection, innovation. In response to the social development and enhance their competitiveness, personal knowledge management (Personal Knowledge Management PKM) becoming a personal need to master a skill. It helps the individual integration piecemeal knowledge of a variety of sources, the development of personal information literacy, improve personal knowledge management and innovative ability, improve work efficiency, enhance their competitiveness and ability to respond to information environmental pressures. At home and abroad of personal knowledge management Although to be concerned about, but mainly stay in the general introduction, the lack of a system from the theory and practice depth Analysis. This article is in this context, expand personal knowledge management discussion and study. The papers from both theoretical and practical aspects of the University Teachers' personal knowledge management strategy are discussed. Paper consists of four parts composed of the first part of the introduction, the main purpose of this study, the results of significance, research methods and research to obtain a brief introduction to, and analysis of the research status quo at home and abroad of personal knowledge management and related content, introduction to 10 years the progress of research at home and abroad. The second part of the systematic exposition of the basic theory of knowledge management and university teachers' personal knowledge management. Firstly, it introduces the definition of knowledge, classification and conversion, the definition and classification of knowledge management, and personal knowledge management theory including the concept of personal knowledge management, characteristics, the relationship between the methods and organizational knowledge management.
