Abstract


Campus culture is part of the culture throughout society , is a school of the school legislation , it embodies the spirit of heritage content development school , campus cultural characteristics to some extent reflects a school's characteristics . In Daxing education reform today , the campus culture is an important carrier of quality education . With the development of technology, web-based platform, Campus TV -demand because of its timely , convenient and effective features, campus culture is increasingly becoming one of the important route of transmission . This paper studies the development of the campus TV -on-demand platform for educating people on campus to promote the construction of campus culture . This paper theoretically clarifies the meaning of the campus culture , campus culture explains the function of transmission and campus -demand TV platform in promoting the advantages of the construction of campus culture and the role , and then discusses the campus television station construction and operation mode of organization rationality and effectiveness , campus TV -on-demand platform design , and research -based set of cognitive categories, classes and skills demonstrated moral emotions classes three categories column, the column through these three categories to achieve knowledge transfer function of campus culture , ideological and moral education and emotional excitation functions , and entertainment . The article also focuses on specific cases proved through use of campus -demand TV platform this pathway can effectively disseminate campus culture, to promote construction of campus culture , to achieve the educational function of campus culture , student feedback and changes illustrate the positive effects of such education its function is different from the classroom teaching educational function , it is not a mandatory means to enable students to receive education , but through non-coercive means, in the monasteries infection among students, so thinking and behavior change.
