Abstract


Agricultural land suitability assessment is one of the main contents of the land resource studies in recent decades , existing agricultural land suitability classification , and according to the type and intensity of the limiting factors of each land unit , according to local conditions to develop governance and retrofit measures , scientific management , rational use and planning, land services . In this study, a more detailed description of the concepts and principles of land suitability evaluation , land suitability and FAO land evaluation Platform gives a brief introduction to the evaluation of the contents of the system and method . Arable land for the evaluation , with reference to the FAO Land Evaluation Platform determine the evaluation level , namely land suitability class . Identify seven evaluation factors and three limiting factors based on actual and master the basic data of the study area , using the Delphi method to determine the weight of each factor , and agricultural land in the study area based on the the threshold weighted index and France the suitability Evaluation results discussed on this basis the number of various suitable Level cultivated and spatial distribution. The evaluation results show that : the study area highly suitable , moderately suitable , marginal suitable and not suitable for arable land were : 356180ha 1485148ha , 808929ha 29568ha , the proportion of the total area of ??farmland were : 13.29% , 55.42% , 30.19% , 1.1 %. Distribution through the analysis of the number of northern Hebei agricultural land and space , for each partition of the main limiting factors , combined with the actual situation of the study area , the adjustment of agricultural land in the northern Hebei adjustment programs , and provides for the adjustment of agricultural structure of the study area basis. Throughout the evaluation process as a technology platform for GIS and RS , to the results of the output from the evaluation of the beginning of the basic realization of automated , compared with the traditional method , greatly improve the efficiency and accuracy of evaluation , a complete evaluation of technical route , the other types of land suitability assessment has certain reference value . Innovation: the agricultural land in the northern Hebei suitability assessment scale 1:250000 first of its kind in the country to be improved ; weighted index and France set the threshold value of the limiting factors , the evaluation results closer to the truth ; evaluation technology has reached domestic advanced level .
