"Employment is the Basic Thing, An-nation policy". For survival, it is necessary to preserve employment. Reform and opening-up over the past 30 years, already by the state in a unified package assigned to gradually establish a "market-oriented, government regulation, school recommendation, the students with unit of choose and employ persons two-way choice, competitive post" of college graduates employment system, college students employment status has been paid more attention, especially after 1999 of higher education of large-scale enlarged enrollment, and the market economic system, the university entrance exam next competitive heat gradually translate into employment. In order to promote college students’ employment, improve work efficiency, in recent years, the country continues to publish relevant policies, the local university also take active measures to deal with college students employment difficulty. College student’s employment guidance in promoting the employment has an important role of the increasingly prominent. After several years of practice, our country college students’ employment has obtained certain achievements, but there are still many problems and shortcoming.In this paper taking Nanchang university employment guidance work as a case to study and analysis, and through literature review, questionnaire investigation, personal interviews, data analysis and other methods, based on the current school employment guidance work has been achieved, proposed further perfection in, and combination of the actual, consult inter-external existing theoretical results and other brother universities employment instruction work experience, how to improve college students’ employment countermeasures.
