Abstract


This paper is based on research by The Professor and instructor *** province of the provincial hospital school project on "Scientific and Technological Cooperation of Yunnan University and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations" in order of selection for background papers and information sources. This topic is based on the bilateral trade between Yunnan and ASEAN in recent years, the development of the background. Respond to government policies in Yunnan Province-Yunnan positively, "going global" strategy. Analysis of Yunnan University in Yunnan and ASEAN science and technology cooperationin economical development, the importance and necessity. University of Yunnan and ASEAN science and technology cooperation model to study the feasibility studies, Yunnan, "going global" strategy to provide effective information and research ideas.Since the nineties the twentieth century, along with the rapid development of world technology, cross-border scientific and technological cooperation and exchanges in the world economy at large has an irreplaceable position. In cross-border scientific and technological cooperation and exchange between the research phase, Yunnan and ASEAN countries in the institutions of higher education as their first partner, the main reason that the state is the country’s elite institutions of higher learning set in one, with top scientists and many irreplaceable resourcesPaper first of Yunnan and ASEAN science and technology cooperation between colleges and universities are analyzed. According to Yunnan’s major colleges and universities present research cooperation projects and cooperation of ASEAN countries, the corresponding comparative analysis of projects, combined with the ASEAN questionnaire provide a favorable environment for the paper’s argument, the initial location of areas of cooperation; Second, colleges and universities in Yunnan Province advantage of scientific and technological cooperation with ASEAN, constraints are analyzed, the main strategy applied to the relevant theory and uncertainties under the proposed strategies and measures; and then under the guiding ideology of the field, the field characteristics and other factors to determine the key areas of science and technology co-operation as well as in various fields were discussed separately; Finally, the balance of needs analysis applied to priority areas, combined with the above analysis compare, and choose out of four possible model of scientific and technological cooperation and the establishment of indicators of scientific and technological cooperation evaluation system, the introduction of cross-entropy theory, of the mode of identifying the most viable option out of the cooperation model; papers presented at the end of colleges and universities in Yunnan Province and ASEAN cooperation in science and technology policies and measures, and its prospect.The twenty-first century, colleges and universities in Yunnan Province showed increasing trend in scientific research. Through the study of this paper, so that colleges and universities in Yunnan Province clearly its own advantages, established itself in the technology market place. According to their different strengths, different areas use different modes of cooperation. Study scientific and technological cooperation will not only improve the conversion rate of scientific research, the economic development of Yunnan Province will also provide a broader space. Therefore, colleges and universities in Yunnan and ASEAN science and technology cooperation model of valuable research is necessary.
