Since the beginning of the 21st century, independent colleges as a mode of higher education in the new school forces, provide new opportunities for society's growing demand for higher education, higher education diversified school system, promote the popularization of higher education in China process. However, as a new type of higher education, independent colleges there are a lot of unanswered questions. Especially for independent college tuition charged, so far, academia, social awareness, mixed reviews today. Other independent colleges, independent colleges in Yunnan Province in the rapid development is also facing tuition fees charged by the reasonableness of the test, the key to guarantee social equity under the premise of sustainable development. In this paper, the human capital theory, the theory of public goods, Higher Education Cost Sharing theory, analysis of educational services provided by the Independent Institute is investment, buy, compensatory quasi-private goods; considered from the perspective of status and opportunity costs of supply and demand in the higher education market that the independent college tuition at public universities students to receive education costs are reasonable, both to ensure the Institute of sustained and healthy development, but also enable students to maximize personal interests. And independent colleges both public interest and profit, public welfare is the purpose of the independent institute, profit social surplus capital to further promote agglomeration to the cause of education, better highlight the social welfare. On the basis of rational analysis, independent college of Yunnan Province as the research object, using questionnaires and interviews, independent colleges and its parent college students life, education and charges, the development of four satisfaction index for investigation analysis found a big gap between the two types of schools students in the performance indicators of pay satisfaction, less life, education, the development of the three satisfaction indicators. To investigate the students' subjective perceptions and objective facts are the same, the paper uses analytic hierarchy process and expert consultation with the law, the development of Yunnan independent college tuition for the assessment of reasonableness of the table, according to the students, parents, teachers feedback questionnaire, analysis Yunnan Province, an independent college tuition to receive more reasonable, reasonableness, however, is not high. This paper argues that not reasonable degree of independent college students fees not satisfied with the important reasons. Reasonable degree of high specific issues, this paper put forward positive suggestions to solve the problem.
