Abstract


Along with the progress of our society and the developments of the Science and Technology, the medium of communication has been changed thoroughly. The methods by which people obtain information also enjoy leap changes. When we step into the 21st century, new medium based upon the Internet and digital technology gradually attracts people’s attention and has been widely used.Since the college students, leading Age character, possess new features such as thinking actively and shrewdly, pursuing fashion and accepting new things easily, they have been affected mostly by the changes of the way by which the information is acquired. Their studies, lives and work are related to the developments of the new medium closely. The transformation of the way, caused by the developments of the new medium, has two sides for the university educational policy, which not only has brought precious opportunities, but also tangled threats. Therefore, it’s how we can use the transformation of the way to improve the university educational policy has became the important subject of the theories and practice of the ideological and political education of colleges and universities.This thesis puts the focus on the research of the way by which college students obtain information and the college Ideological and Political Education. Via using the survey sampling methods, synthesizing former researches and setting the corner stone on the progress of the way by which college students obtain information, this thesis apply SWOT analysis methods to deeply search the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the college ideological and political education which are brought by the changes of the way and therefore put forward related countermeasures. These countermeasures include establishing open education philosophy, cultivating good moral and political education circumstances, improving students’capabilities of the new medium through multi-point actions, emphasizing on the improvement of the mechanism for students’ self-education, increasing the pertinency and attraction of the moral and political education from the student-oriented point and trying our best to construct a moral and political teaching group with high qualities.
