Abstract


In the Report of the 17th CPC, the enhancement of the soft strength of our nation’s culture was established as an important developmental strategy. Hence, the enhancement of the soft power has been attached great attention in the social development of our nation in the new period. Under the background of globalization, ideological and political work in colleges and universities ought to broaden horizons and make innovations so as to adapt to the demands of the new situation; which is closely connected with making clear orientation of ideological and political education in that the orientation is directly related to education effect. Therefore, research on orientation of ideological and political education in cultural soft power can enrich not only its content to promote ideological and political work to keep pace with the times, but also its methods to enhance the effectiveness and pertinence of the ideological and political work, and better serve the goal of national talent strategy with a sustainable development. In view of this, from the perspective of cultural soft power, combining the reality of ideological and political education in college, this paper attempts to put forward some developmental countermeasures to make a theoretical probe into this issue through the systematic research.
