Abstract


Press the electrode surface microstructure size classification , chemically modified electrode can be divided into single molecular layer ( including Asia monolayer ) and multi- molecular layer ( mainly the polymer film ) , mostly in the molecular layer of the polymer film modified electrode modified electrodes were most widely used. Three-dimensional polymeric film structure having features that can be utilized to provide many potential field , the film thickness of about 10-1000nm, of several hundred to tens of thousands of a single molecular layer , the film contains a large number of reactive groups ( electrically active redox body or chemically active form ) , is very conducive to electrocatalysis . On the other hand , the polymer modified electrode surface of the electrode followed by a destination selected chemical functional groups , to give an electrode of a particular nature can be high selectively desired reaction . Preparation of the polymer film surface state of the substrate electrode is not critical , relatively simple modification methods , such as casting, dip coating, and electrochemical deposition , thus easy to manufacture . Modified polymer itself rich, electrically conductive and non- conductive. In addition, the polymer film modified electrodes also has many other excellent properties , such as : the plurality of polymers are commercially or synthesized according to known methods ; polymer film usually has a larger chemical, mechanical and electrochemical stability ; polymer film can be easily changed film thickness ; may utilize existing polymer chemistry and physics extensive knowledge and research to prepare polymer film modified electrode . Thus polymer film modified electrode either from the application or from the research are broad prospects for development . This thesis work is mainly electrochemical deposition method to a specific functional monomers ( such as amino acids , etc. ) electric polymerized onto the electrode surface , producing a polymer film modified electrode , or further prepared composite film modified electrode, the electrode study electrocatalytic properties, adsorption enrichment and other properties, and applied to the determination of the actual sample analysis . This thesis work mainly: 1 , the first time the L- lysine polymer -modified glassy carbon electrode to study the electrochemical polymerization conditions and electrochemical characteristics of the modified electrode , experiments revealed that the polymer film on norepinephrine electro-oxidation has
