Abstract


For a long time , China's ideological and political education work in the party and government attach great importance to have made ​​considerable progress and development , but the traditional ideological and political education are still a number of shortcomings , such as targeted enough, effectiveness is not strong , especially is the role of mental health in the education sector is unknown, positioning is not accurate enough , it became constrained college students' ideological and mental health is one of the important reasons . College students is a more special group, they are in the development of the immature to mature transition period , with the emotional volatility , imbalance and other psychological characteristics , showing all kinds of psychological conflicts and contradictions , is apt to cause a psychological and behavioral deviations . Students' physical and mental development of university teachers need proper guidance , good mental health is its acceptance of the ideological and political education of the premise. Thus, the ideological and political education is inseparable from the effective conduct mental health education, to correctly understand and play mental health education in Ideological and Political Education of important practical significance. In view of this , this study used questionnaires , literature reading method, theoretical analysis and other research methods, mental health education in the ideological and political education 's role and what better way to perform its functions in-depth exploration and research . Mental health education and the relationship between the ideological and political education , the education sector has been a hot topic in question . In this study, based on existing research clearly points out the relationship between the two , combined with the status of related research for comprehensive mental health education elaborated in the ideological and political education in the role, on the basis of ideological and political education for content and methods to enrich and improve the ways to realize also made a useful exploration . Mental health education is the ideological and political education of the premise and foundation , it is advantageous to promote ideological and political education targeted and effective , it is more to deepen the connotation of ideological and political education , broaden the ideological and political education work areas. Thus, in the ideological and political education , we should attach great importance to effectively play the role of mental health education .
