Abstract

In recent years, the rapid development of Chinese Universities, Higher Education Investment additional requirements, but the national financial educational funding has not kept pace with the amount of investment in other channels also can not play a leading role. How to improve the effectiveness of the university's school, it is very important to promote the sustainable development of colleges and universities. Reasonable and effective investment in higher education system is the key institutions of higher learning ability to obtain sufficient funding, it is also the effective operation of the entire college of education and the healthy development of the fundamental guarantee for our funding for higher education is a huge gap between supply and demand, a shortage of waste The co-existence of the actual situation, the study by the use of literature analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis and other research methods, analysis of the problems existing in our college investment, and propose solutions countermeasures. The article from the source structure levels of higher education investment research, is divided into six parts. Part II presents a wide range of investment sources of trends, through theoretical analysis, it is pointed out that the theory of public goods, human capital theory and the theory of investment in education, investment in higher education is shared by the government, society, universities, individuals theoretically rationality, also laid a theoretical foundation for the implementation of diversified sources of investment in higher education structure. And pointed out that investment in higher education source structure diversified interests of and ability to pay should follow two principles.
