Abstract


As a complex dynamic teaching system, the elements of classroom mainly consist of teacher management, individual students, hardware and software environment and unpredictable incidental factors of classroom. The relationship between teachers and students is the basic relationship of educational activities. The quality of teacher-student relationship also affects the conduct of educational activities. It is a topic worthy of study to analyze the causes of conflict between teacher and students in class, to find out the relevant factors behind the conflict and to seek relief measures, making classroom a good place for teaching and learning.This essay introduces the present situation of teacher-student conflict in classroom from some aspects such as its occurrence, type and performance. It analyzes the causes of conflict between teacher and students in class from the aspects of teachers, students, society and classroom software. It clarifies the effects that the conflict has on teaching order, the psychology of teachers and students and the establishment of a harmonious campus from both positive and negative sides. In the end, this essay puts forward some preventive counseling and mentoring programs to rebuild teacher-student relationship according to some teaching cases. It also gives some conductive advice on how to relieve the teacher-student conflict in classroom.
