Abstract

[Objective] To analyze radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFCA) in the treatment of tachyarrhythmia clinical features , designed to further reveal the mechanism to improve recognition intraoperative atypical cases and special electrophysiological phenomena analysis capabilities , and provide practical reference value for clinical . 【Methods】 Retrospective analysis of 2004 in our hospital underwent cardiac electrophysiological studies and radiofrequency ablation treatment of 122 patients , including 62 males and 60 females , aged 13 to 76 years , an average of (42.7 ± 15.5) years ; early age 8 to 73 years (mean 33.5 ± 15.2 years) ; episodes of the history of two days to 32 years (mean, 9.2 ± 9.0 years ) ; analysis of their preoperative surface electrocardiogram (ECG), esophageal electrophysiological check ( EPS ) , the surgery center physiological systems to detect , target mapping and ablation discharge and post-operative follow - up situation . Analyzed the most common clinical tachyarrhythmia atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia (AVNRT) and atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia (AVRT) body surface ECG and intracardiac electrogram characteristics and intraoperative special electrophysiological phenomenon . [Results ] In this study, 122 patients AVNRT 53 patients (including 5 cases of atrioventricular nodal pathways (DAVNP) surgery did not induce , strictly speaking, can not be classified AVNRT) , accounting for the total eligible cases 43.4 % ; AVRT 60 cases , accounting for selected cases 49.2 % ; overall AVRT , the dominant pathways 28 cases , the occult side channel 32 cases , each AVRT 46.7 % ( 28 / 60 ) , 53.3% (32 /60 ) ; atrial tachycardia ( referred to as atrial tachycardia , AT ) example (including one case concurrent) ; atrial flutter (referred to as atrial flutter , AFL) cases (including one case is also concurrent ) ; idiopathic ventricular tachycardia (IVT) 3 ; multi-source ventricular tachycardia (VT) 3 cases ; EPS examination was normal . Esophageal EPS of 92 cases , 75.4% of the total number of cases ( 92 / 122 ) , the AVNRT and occult bypass (CAP) the number of cases of esophageal EPS were 46,27 , respectively, accounted for 86.8% ( 46 / 53 ) , 84.4% ( 27 / 32 ) , detection (including
