Abstract


Vigorously popularize information technology education, cultivate innovative talents with higher literacy, is the hot issues of common concern in the 21st century world countries in the field of education. Since the convening of the 2000 National Survey of Information Technology Education Conference, China's primary and secondary education has a a vibrant momentum of development. But because of its unique subject characteristics and the imbalance of economic development between urban and rural areas and other factors of information technology courses, urban and rural primary and secondary technical education there are many differences. The main purpose of this study is to understand the current urban and rural junior high school IT teaching difference is mainly reflected in what areas, which are the analysis of information technology education in urban and rural areas is uneven, and the former has been made on Compulsory Education on the basis of the development strategy research, to explore further narrow the urban-rural junior high school IT education gap, to achieve a balanced development of education strategies. In Weihai City junior high schools in rural areas were the questionnaire. Teacher Questionnaire including teachers, school conditions, teacher classroom teaching self-evaluation, five categories of teaching and research work, teaching resources topic. The student questionnaire Teachers' teaching evaluation and information literacy three categories include the basic topic. Statistics and analysis of the survey data, summed up the difference between urban and rural junior high school IT teaching. The survey results show that the current junior high school IT education between urban and rural areas there is a non-balanced development of the situation. Teaching conditions or faculty, rural schools are in a vulnerable position, and the resulting significant gaps between the quality of education and urban rural junior high school IT. According to the survey results, combined with literature research, the author from the economic, concepts, teachers, cultural and other aspects of the causes of the imbalance between urban and rural junior high school teaching of information technology analysis, put forward, including hardware, and strengthening the information technology education teachers team construction, speed up information Technical change of educational concept, promote IT education resource sharing balancing strategy. The research has focused on applied research deepen the balanced development of information technology education in theory and practice levels, hoping to provide a reference for the education managers, front-line teachers, with a view to an early realization of the urban and rural junior high school IT education equalizer.
