Objective: To explore the transplantation of exogenous bone marrow -derived mesenchymal stem cells (mesenchymal stem cells, MSCs) protective effect on ischemia-reperfusion renal injury . Methods: SD male rat tibia , femur bone marrow density gradient centrifugation MSCs, 4,6 - linked amidine -2 - phenyl indole (4 ,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole, DAPI mark 32 female transplant group and the control group , the transplant team through the inferior vena cava in ischemia 45min after injection DAPI labeled MSCs SD rats copy ischemia-reperfusion renal injury model were randomly divided into control group injected normal saline after each days after intraperitoneal injection of 5 - bromodeoxyuridine pyrimidine ( bromodeoxyuridine , BrdU) , respectively after one day , two days , three days , four days the rats were sacrificed and specimens from blood samples , observed serum creatinine (Cr) and urea nitrogen (BUN) levels . specimens from renal tissue , fluorescence microscopy and immunohistochemical staining method to observe the transplantation of MSCs in the kidney tissue distribution and renal tissue proliferation , and can be combined with renal tubular cavity wall specific grate Ma hemagglutinin (Ricinus communis agglurinin, RCA) were identified on the differentiation of MSCs migrate into the kidney situation : ( 1) changes in the level of serum BUN and Cr : postoperative day 1, 2 , transplant serum BUN levels significantly lower than the control group ( P lt; 0.05 ) ; 3,4 days BUN levels between the two groups was no significant difference ( P gt; 0.05 ) ; 1, 2, and 3 days of transplant rats serum Cr levels were significantly lower than occasionally BrdU -positive cells of the control group (P lt; 0.05). (2) cell proliferation in the renal tissue status: one day after two days of transplantation and control groups renal tissue were seen more BrdU -positive cells and at any time
