Abstract

With the improvement of survival of critical illness and people living increase in age, coronary heart disease has become an important cause of human death and disability. The World Health Organization predicts coronary heart disease will become a global issue in the near future. Research shows that, after myocardial infarction into body stem cells can be released by damaged tissue cells factor role increasingly oriented to myocardial infarction regional myocardial micro-environment, the role of differentiation for normal myocardial cells, but this natural repair process role weak, can not prevent myocardial weight structure occurs and the process of the evolution of heart failure. For the myocardial infarct development process, the treatment method, there are two: (1) drug to restore blood supply, surgical intervention (can not use the above method has extensive diffuse lesions in patients with cardiovascular) and coronary artery bypass grafting; (2) the use of drugs (ACEI and beta receptor blocking preparations) reverse left ventricular remodeling. Although these two methods may still continue to improve, but the ideal treatment should be (1) to reduce myocardial cell death, reversal of stunned, hibernating myocardium to normal myocardium; (2) increase the number of blood vessels to improve the blood supply of the ischemic area ; (3) promote the proliferation of cell division to replace the necrotic myocardium reduce the scar area, improve myocardial systolic and diastolic function. Cell transplantation is an exogenous cells transplanted into the damaged parts to replace damaged myocardium cells to restore the treatment of cardiac function, it has great relevance and therapeutic potential. At present, the types of cells used for transplantation are: skeletal muscle cells, cardiac cells and bone marrow-derived cells. The bone marrow of the bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells have a strong ability to self-replicate, and transverse to differentiate into different tissues (osteoblasts, chondrocytes, adipocytes, muscle cells and nerve cells). Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells have many of the features and advantages (such as: a wide variety of sources, easily obtained, small damage). The purpose of this experiment: to verify the feasibility of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells cultured in vitro amplification; whether transplantation of mesenchymal stem cells by the intravenous route to reach the patients with myocardial infarction; Can reach the infarct area of ??stem cells in the local microenvironment under differentiation differentiated cells into cardiomyocytes, whether expressed cardiac-specific protein; the multiple intravenous transplantation method joint anti-inflammatory effectiveness improvement infarcted rat heart function than with epicardial migration path whether there were significant differences in the effect of .
